PAIR SOFTWARE

June 2025 - December 2025

Pair Software provides tools that help businesses manage bookings, staff, and customer interactions. During this project I worked on improving both the marketing website and the internal product interface to create a clearer, more professional user experience for business owners.

My work focused on improving information hierarchy, reducing visual clutter, and aligning the brand with the expectations of a modern SaaS platform. I also dabbled in motion design- creating short videos for the platform to explain products.

Homepage Redesign

The goal of this redesign was to elevate the brand’s clarity, reduce information overload, and improve SEO structure whilst better aligning the messaging with business owners as the primary audience.

The redesign shifts the homepage from visually expressive but dense to structured, strategic, and conversion-focused. It balances brand personality with business credibility, improves search visibility potential, and creates a more intuitive evaluation journey for decision-makers.

Booking Management

I was tasked with designing a booking management dashboard focused on clarity, efficiency, and scalability. The goal was to give administrators instant visibility into performance while making calendar management intuitive and frictionless.

Key metrics are surfaced at the top using strong typographic hierarchy for quick scanning, while the calendar remains the primary focal point of the layout. Filters are positioned alongside the calendar to support a natural workflow: refine, review, and act. Colour-coding creates a consistent visual link between filters and scheduled events, reducing cognitive load.

The interface balances brand presence with usability through a clean layout, consistent spacing, and clear action hierarchy. Overall, the design emphasises structured information architecture, accessibility, and system thinking to support both day-to-day operations and future product growth.

Adapting from Feedback

Adapting Features from Feedback

User feedback highlighted that discounts and coupons were difficult to organise and manage within the existing layout. The redesign introduces grouping to structure discounts and stock more clearly, helping reduce cognitive load and improve navigation across the page.

Following further feedback from the product manager, a filtering system was explored as an alternative solution. This approach works similarly to grouping but offers greater flexibility when managing larger inventories.

Animation Reel

I was tasked to create animations to compliment the different products that Pair Software offers- short videos to give a quick demonstration of the product which shows ease and fluidity. These short form videos were ideally going to presented on the Pair Software website, but were also great for posts on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
